Scripture shows us that Passover is upon the 14th day after the new moon, in the evening. It can be held in the first month or the second month. Here are ten witnesses of this:
Exodus 12:6,11
6 Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight.11 And thus you shall eat it: with a belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in haste. It is Yahuwah’s Passover.Leviticus 23:4-54 ‘These are the feasts of the Lord, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times.
5 On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is Yahuwah’s Passover.Numbers 9:1-31 Now Yahuwah spoke to Moses in the Wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying:2 “Let the children of Israel keep the Passover at its appointed time.3 On the fourteenth day of this month, at twilight, you shall keep it at its appointed time. According to all its rites and ceremonies you shall keep it.”Numbers 9:9-119 Then Yahuwah spoke to Moses, saying,10 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘If anyone of you or your posterity is unclean because of a corpse, or is far away on a journey, he may still keep Yahuwah’s Passover.11 On the fourteenth day of the second month, at twilight, they may keep it.Numbers 28:1616 ‘On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of Yahuwah.Joshua 5:1010 Now the children of Israel camped in Gilgal, and kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight on the plains of Jericho.Ezra 6:1919 And the descendants of the captivity kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the first month2 Chronicles 30:1515 Then they slaughtered the Passover lambs on the fourteenth day of the second month. The priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought the burnt offerings to the house of Yahuwah.2 Chronicles 35:11 Now Josiah kept a Passover to Yahuwah in Jerusalem, and they slaughtered the Passover lambs on the fourteenth day of the first month.Ezekiel 45:21
